Proximus SA (OTC:BGAOF)(OTC:BGAOY) has agreed to acquire a 58% stake in Route Mobile for EUR 643.0 million through its subsidiary, Proximus Opal. The deal will boost Proximus' presence in the CPaaS and DI market and expand its customer coverage to over 200 countries. The deal is expected to close within the next six to nine months and generate annual realized run-rate EBITDA synergies for three years of at least EUR 90 million.
