Nano Dimension Ltd. has increased its offer price to acquire Stratasys Ltd. shares from $18.00 to $20.05 per share and reduced the percentage of shares sought from 38.8%-40.8% to 31.9%-36.9%. The offer period has been extended until July 24, 2023. Previously, Stratasys rejected Nano's offer as it undervalued the company. Stratasys will review the revised offer. Stratasys is also in a merger agreement with Desktop Metal, Inc.
