(NASDAQ:CISO), a managed cybersecurity and compliance provider, has acquired SB Cyber Technologies, LLC, a cybersecurity company specializing in emerging government and military grade capabilities. SB Cyber's CHECKLIGHT®, an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technology, will be added to CISO Global's portfolio. This acquisition marks the seventeenth for CISO Global since its inception in 2019.
