The merger is expected to be completed by Q4 2023. XTI has conditional pre-orders of more than 700 aircraft which could generate revenues up to approximately $7.1 billion upon delivery. Post-merger, the combined company will operate under the name XTI Aerospace, Inc. and trade on the Nasdaq Capital market under the symbol XTIA.
