The project, in partnership with CMC Development Group and CSHQA, will develop a six-acre site into a 125,000 square-foot facility with 68 residences for elderly and assisted living residents. The project is expected to feature two buildings with 134 units, a clubhouse, gym, and outdoor recreational areas. Construction is set to begin in 2024.
