Apple has strategically transported 600 tons (approximately 1.5 million) iPhones from India to the United States via chartered cargo flights to circumvent potential high tariffs. The company worked with Indian authorities to expedite customs clearance and increased production at Foxconn's Chennai factory, including Sunday shifts, to diversify manufacturing beyond China.
