A class action securities lawsuit has been filed against Monolithic Power Systems (MPWR) alleging securities fraud between February and November 2024. The lawsuit claims the company made false statements and concealed significant performance and quality control issues with voltage regulator modules and power management integrated circuits, which negatively impacted products for their largest customer, Nvidia.
