Volt Lithium Corp. has entered into a field study agreement with Wellspring Hydro to test its direct lithium extraction technology in North Dakota's Bakken formation. The project is backed by a grant from the State of North Dakota, with initial funding of $500,000 and potential additional funding of up to $2,000,000 in early 2025. This initiative aims to enhance North America's critical mineral security and support the energy and manufacturing sectors.
