Recent research published in Autism Research found no link between prenatal cannabis exposure and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in children. The study, involving 11,570 children, was conducted by experts from Emory University, John Hopkins, and Harvard. Additionally, the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals ruled that pregnant women using medical marijuana legally should not be prosecuted for child neglect, setting a new legal precedent in the state.
