Clearwater Analytics is acquiring risk and performance analytics solutions from Wilshire Advisors for approximately $40 million. The acquisition includes Wilshire Axiom, Wilshire Atlas, Wilshire Abacus, and Wilshire iQComposite, which will be integrated into Clearwater's platform, enhancing its offerings in fixed income and equity analytics, performance measurement, accounting, and GIPS compliance support. This move is expected to add about $7 million in annualized revenue to Clearwater.
