Micron Technology has announced its 32Gb monolithic die-based 128GB DDR5 RDIMM memory, which offers up to 8000 MT/s to support data center workloads. The high-capacity, high-speed memory modules are designed to meet the needs of a range of applications in data center and cloud environments, including AI and in-memory databases.
