Okta, a cloud identity and access management solutions provider, has suffered a data breach impacting nearly 5,000 employees. The breach exposed personal information including full names, social security numbers, and health insurance plan numbers. The breach was a result of a network breach at Rightway Healthcare, which provides healthcare coverage for Okta employees. This is the latest in a series of breaches Okta has suffered over the past two years.
