Helmerich & Payne (NYSE:HP) has successfully completed drilling operations on the Amungee NW 3H well in partnership with Falcon Oil & Gas Australia Limited's joint venture partner, Tamboran. The well was drilled to a depth of 3,837 metres, intersecting the Amungee Member B-shale at a depth of 2,272 metres. Drilling took 17.9 days, 20 days faster than the previous well, with total costs of A$12.6 million. A stimulation program is planned for Q2 2024.
