MariMed Inc. (OTC:MRMD) has expanded its retail footprint with the opening of an adult-use Thrive dispensary in Casey, Illinois. This is the fifth dispensary in Illinois and the 12th in MariMed’s portfolio across five states. The company also plans to commence operations at its processing facility in Mt. Vernon, Illinois in the fourth quarter, and anticipates the completion of its cultivation facility in early 2024. MariMed operates five of the state’s 130 licensed cannabis dispensary locations.
