Google's 'Exclusive' Magic Editor Feature Has Also Been Ported To Older Pixels
Portfolio Pulse from Rounak Jain
Google's Magic Editor feature, initially exclusive to the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro phones, has been ported to older Pixel phones. The feature, which allows users to move subjects around in a photo, was ported to the Pixel 7 Pro by Android researcher and developer Mishaal Rahman. Google had previously stated that some features would only be available for the Pixel 8 Pro, but developers have removed this software lock, enabling all Tensor-powered Pixel phones to use most of these advanced camera and photo features.
