Healing Realty Trust and HealingMaps are partnering to use AI and geospatial mapping to identify opportunities in real estate for psychedelic-assisted therapies (PAT). The partnership aims to identify oversaturated clinic clusters and areas of opportunity. Healing Realty Trust's president, Cody Shandraw, highlighted the stability of medical office real estate as an asset class. The partnership also provides access to traditional banking. Shandraw mentioned IBM and Apple as examples of profitable investments. HealingMaps CEO, Cory Jones, stated that the tool's goal is to understand every single zip code and apply scores to certain areas based on various data points.
