Camber Energy, Inc. (NYSE:CEI) announced that its majority-owned subsidiary, Viking Protection Systems, LLC, has been issued a new patent by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. The patent covers electric transmission line ground fault prevention systems, which are designed to detect unsafe conditions for electric transmission lines and instantly de-energize the appropriate source of power. This technology is part of a global initiative to improve the resiliency and reliability of existing infrastructure.
