Certain crypto exchanges, including Bitspay, are reportedly exaggerating their daily trading volumes and operating without proper licenses. Estonia's Financial Intelligence Unit confirmed that Bitspay doesn't hold a valid license to operate in the country. Meanwhile, Binance has deregistered its Europe entities, Cyprus and U.K, and closed its Netherlands operations after failing to receive a local license. However, it has resumed operations in Belgium.
