NEGATIVE IMPACT
Extended delivery time for Tesla's Model Y Long Range in China may impact sales in the short term. The price cut on Model S and X vehicles and the higher price for the refreshed Model 3 could affect revenue and profitability.
The extended delivery time for the Model Y Long Range in China could potentially lead to a decrease in sales in the short term as customers may opt for other models or brands with shorter delivery times. The price cut on the higher-end Model S and X vehicles could lead to a decrease in revenue per unit sold, while the higher price for the refreshed Model 3 could potentially increase revenue per unit sold. However, the overall impact on Tesla's profitability will depend on the volume of sales for each model.
