IBM's federal human resources (HR) shared service solution, IBM Federal HR Cloud, has received Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) authorization. The IBM Federal HR Cloud, which services over 500,000 employees across five federal agencies, is the only private sector HR shared services solution certified by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) that actively services federal agencies. The FedRAMP authorization enhances the ability of federal HR departments to securely leverage today's latest technologies and services.
