Blockchain network Gnosis, an Ethereum sidechain, has launched Gnosis Pay and Gnosis Card, integrating cryptocurrency with traditional payment systems. Gnosis Pay allows web3 developers to integrate with traditional payment schemes, including Visa. Gnosis Card is a Visa-certified self-custodial consumer debit card connected to an on-chain self-custodial wallet. The card allows purchases anywhere Visa is accepted. The company aims to bridge the gap between on-chain and off-chain worlds and plans to expand to the U.S., Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
