Microsoft's Azure Government cloud computing service will provide federal users access to OpenAI's ChatGPT AI models, including GPT-4 and GPT-3. The Defense Department, Energy Department, and NASA are among Azure Government's customers. Microsoft will not use data from Azure Government customers to train the AI models.
